Create an account
The owner/investor and property manager will receive login information to access the system, featuring pre-built tasks customized for property maintenance. This technology enhances visibility into task and inspection statuses.

Access
The property management team is given access to our risk management solution and a full overview of how to use the system to effectively manage the property. Owners and their brokers can also get access.

Property managers complete tasks
Using our risk management platform, the property management team completes tasks, including daily maintenance and any inspection tasks.

Sertis provides most accurate insurance premium
The data we receive from the property manager’s use of the Risk Management Platform is then used to determine the renewal policy’s premium and eligibility.
